Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the Matamata-Piako and Waikato areas. Please check the delivery tab on our website to view our delivery map. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, feel free to get in touch.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on demand and availability, but we aim to deliver within a few days of your order. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer, so we recommend ordering in advance.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, as long as we have clear access to the drop-off location, we can deliver your firewood while you’re away.

Where will the firewood be unloaded?
We will drop the firewood in an easily accessible area, such as a driveway or yard. If you have specific instructions, let us know when ordering.

Is your firewood seasoned?
Yes, all our firewood is properly seasoned (unless stated in services and pricing) to ensure low moisture content for a cleaner and more efficient burn.

What type of wood do you supply?
We supply high-quality seasoned gum firewood, known for its dense, slow-burning properties that provide excellent heat.

How much firewood should I order?
This depends on your heating needs and how often you use your fireplace or wood burner. A truckload (8 cubic metres) is ideal for stocking up for the season, while smaller orders suit occasional use.

Do you offer stacking services?
Yes, we offer a stacking service for an additional fee, which varies depending on the size of your delivery. If you’d like your firewood neatly stacked upon delivery, let us know when placing your order, and we’ll arrange it for you.
